  • Every Tech Team member is a trained SBCA industry certified technition.
  • All new installations with the lease or purchase promotion receives FREE installation for up to 6 rooms of television. Free installation includes all cable and switches required, as well as roof, wall or post mount for the satellite dish.
  • RMcommunications offers FREE prewiring of satellite cabling for new construction. This free offer requires a signed contract for satellite installation when construction completed. Limited to the following Virginia Counties: Franklin, Roanoke, Bedford, Henry and Pittsylvania.
  • RMcommunications Tech Team will repair all cabling issues for the first year free of charge. After the first year, there is a low $45 trip charge (includes the first hour of repair) and then $35 per hour charge thereafter.
  • RMcommunications Tech Team will replace any defective receiver during the first 90 days of installation. Customer must contact Directv (800-494-4388) after the first 90 days for repair of defective receiver.
